The 2nd Open Beat Test is currently scheduled to start
in the beginning of September, as has been announced via the Launcher.
Please note that players will not be able to connect to the game server
(including the patch server) until the 2nd OBT begins; the "Could not
connect to server" message currently displayed in the Launcher is not an
error. The 2nd Open Beta Test will feature new content currently
available in the Japanese version of the game, as well as some updates
